(Minerva Plant) Superfund Site because of newly identified exposure pathways. The 2009 Director's Final Findings Orders – Amendment To May 9, 1986 Director's Findings And Orders (2009 Amendment) identified the need to further evaluate groundwater, soil, and air at the Site to determine the nature and extent of volatile organic compounds and polychlorinated biphenyls and assess human exposure risk via the ingestion, inhalation, and direct contact pathways. The 2024 Remedial Investigation Report Addendum describes investigations completed to address data gaps pursuant to the 2009 Amendment. The activities planned to make the Human Exposure determination include the completion of the Human Health Risk Assessment which is expected by December 2026.
