BANDERA ROAD GROUND WATER PLUME

TX | EPA ID TXN000606565

Human exposure is NOT currently under control

About this site’s exposure pathways: As of May 2023, the site environmental indicator is considered "Current Human Exposure Not Controlled". Currently, the site is in Remedial Action (the stage where remedy components are constructed and implemented). All residents impacted by ground water contamination are connected to the local public water supply for their drinking water needs. In addition, interim vapor intrusion mitigation systems have been installed at impacted buildings to address any indoor air exposures in the short term. This site environmental indicator will be considered "Human Exposure Under Control" when remedy components are constructed and operating as intended.

Data limitations: Proximity to a Superfund site boundary does not mean your property is contaminated. EPA site boundaries show the area designated for cleanup, not the full extent of contamination. Groundwater plumes can extend beyond site boundaries. This tool shows publicly available EPA federal data. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by EPA, and is not a substitute for a professional environmental assessment.
